Here's a little more about the doctors behind Mellow Hub

  • Hi, I’m Dr. Shraddha—founder of Mellow Hub, counseling psychologist, and a licensed homeopathic doctor.

  • After completing my medical degree, I pursued postgraduate specialization in counselling psychology and bring over 11 years of experience in the world of emotional wellness. I’m also trained in art therapy and certified in child counselling, which allows me to offer a more creative, compassionate space for healing.                 

  • But more than titles, I’m someone who believes in the power of gentle spaces, deep conversations & the quiet strength it takes to heal.

  • My journey hasn’t been linear—over the years, life has taken me through the layers of emotional pain, grief, anxiety, self doubt, healing and rediscovering purpose. These personal experiences have not only shaped who I am but have also deepened my ability to connect with those who walk into my therapy room. And maybe that’s what makes me connect so deeply with people. I don’t sit across the room with answers—I sit beside you, gently helping you see the parts of yourself you may have not seen. 

  • Being a homeopathic doctor has shaped my belief in the connection between emotional and physical health. I’ve seen how much our bodies carry silently.​

  • For over a decade, I've been walking alongside individuals as they navigate life's challenges & discover strength. I’ve worked with childrenteens, adults, and individuals struggling with anxiety, self-worth, trauma, relationship conflicts, and emotional burnout. There have been moments in sessions when I've felt clients pain so intensely, it echoed my own heart. And I think that's what makes this work meaningful, being able to hold space for someone's raw truth & watching healing unfold. Hence, I created a space where you don’t feel judged or rushed—just seen.

  • Mellow Hub is not a clinic in the traditional sense for me—it’s something I’ve built with my whole heart. Every corner of it has my emotional fingerprints—because I wanted it to feel like a place where people can breathe again. A place where you don’t have to pretend.

  • If you’re someone who feels too much, thinks too deeply, or simply doesn’t know where to begin—I want you to know, this space was created for you. And I’d be honoured to walk alongside you, at your pace.

  • I work from an eclectic approach—meaning I draw from different therapeutic methods depending on what resonates with you. Whether it’s CBT, inner child work, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness or play therapy, I tailor the process based on your emotional needs. I don’t just guide from a distance; I walk alongside you, understanding your world with care and sensitivity.​

  • Hello. I am Dr. Medha, an Ayurvedic Doctor & counselling psychologist.                                                                                                 

  • I have over 11 years of experience in the field of mental health. I have always been deeply interested in understanding human behaviour, emotional being, and the ways in which people cope with life’s challenges. I believe that mental health is not just about treating distress—it's about empowering individuals to understand themselves better, build resilience, and lead fulfilling lives.

  • I am deeply committed to each client I work with. I believe in showing up fully—with consistency, punctuality, and care. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for being dependable, hardworking, and present—qualities I consider non-negotiable when you’re holding space for someone’s healing.

  • I am passionate about supporting individuals through life's challenges with care & compassion.
