Whether it’s anxiety, relationship struggles, self-worth, or simply feeling “off,” we sit with you — not to offer quick fixes, but to support lasting clarity and growth.
Sessions are warm, non-judgmental, and rooted in compassion. You’ll be heard. You’ll be met where you are. And you’ll never be pushed beyond what feels emotionally safe.
Based on your needs, I may offer therapeutic tools, grounding practices, journaling prompts,
homeworks, that support your healing Journey.
We begin by exploring whats currently on your mind, while also gently working through deeper patterns or concerns over tine.
We don’t believe in rushed therapy or textbook interventions. We believe in presence. In understanding.
As a doctor, I hold space not just with my skills, but with my heart. Therapy, for me, is a deeply human experience — a place where silence, stories, and small shifts all matter.
