Frequently asked questions
Honestly, anyone who’s feeling a little stuck, a little overwhelmed, or even just curious about themselves. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship issues, grief, or just want to talk to someone who’ll really listen—you’re welcome here.
We know it can feel a little intimidating at first. But think of it like a deep conversation where the focus is entirely on you. The first session is more about getting to know you, understanding what’s on your mind, and setting gentle goals together.
Good question! Therapy isn’t always about “quick fixes.” But over time, you might notice subtle shifts—feeling lighter, having more clarity, setting boundaries, or just being kinder to yourself. That’s progress.
Probably, but that isn’t the ultimate goal. Therapy isn’t supposed to "eradicate" all sadness, anger, frustration, or other negative emotions.
It’s there to help you learn how to sit with, accept, and not be debilitated by these feelings—all while cultivating self-awareness.
You’ll be able to tune in and make choices that make the most sense for you.
The end result of therapy is to confidently navigate your way through the challenges in life.
Each session is around 50 - 60minutes.
Some people come weekly, some twice weekly, some once every two weeks, it really depends on what feels right for you.
Please note that sessions will end on time to respect the appointments of other clients. Thank You! 🙂
